John brings over 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry to his role as President of EngageCE. Prior to leading EngageCE, John was President of Practice Therapeutics, where he developed and managed their clinical educator business and was responsible for deploying the industry’s largest clinical educator team. His prior industry experience includes positions in operations, sales, and sales management at Johnson & Johnson and Bristol-Myers Squibb across a broad range of therapeutic areas. His experience also includes positions of increasing responsibility at Cegedim Dendrite, Health Products Research, and Quintiles where he developed significant competencies and experience in technology solutions, market analytics, and field-based medical education solutions. John has a BA from Gettysburg College and an MBA from Rider University.
VP, Learning and Development and Commercial Operations
Steve joined PDI in November 2008. He has 30 years of Sales and Sales Operations experience at Pfizer, where he was part of the Sales Leadership Team. His career includes roles as a sales representative, District Sales Manager, Director, and ultimately to Senior Director and Group Leader, supporting a 10,000 U. S. field force. He has vast experience in sales force automation, sales effectiveness, alignment and sizing, sales communications, sales training, and incentive compensation. He recently led the Corporate Integrity Initiative at Pfizer. Steve holds a Bachelors degree from Boston College.
Executive Director, Call Center Operations (PDI VOICE)
Bernie joined PDI in 2010 from TMS, where he was Chief Operating Officer. He brings over 25 years of telephony health care experience with direct responsibility for more than 300 separate programs, ranging over most therapeutic categories and specialties. Bernie has held senior management positions with leading healthcare telephony companies, such as ICT, Telerx, and TMS, prior to joining PDI. He has had extensive experience in the cardiovascular space, having been directly responsible for the design and implementation of over 25 programs directed at cardiologists, primary care, and internal medicine HCPs on behalf of companies such as Pfizer, Merck, J&J, and Novartis. He has worked with all of the top 15 pharmaceutical companies in the US as well as many of the top 10 health care ad agencies. Bernie holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from University of Michigan.
